Ingresse Backstage - Streamlined Event Sales Management
Ingresse Backstage is an Android app designed to provide event producers with a centralized location for managing their sales across all channels, both online and offline. It integrates ticket sales reports, ticket sales and issuance services, and entry control tools.
Sales and Transaction Reports
Backstage aggregates all sales information in one place, giving event producers information about each sale, such as the total number of tickets sold, average ticket price, paid transactions, and conversion rates. This information is available anytime.
Ticket Sales and Issuance Service
Ingresse believes that event producers should be able to sell tickets anytime, anywhere. With Backstage, it is possible to issue valid tickets by printing them through a Bluetooth printer or, even better, by sending digital tickets directly to customers. Customers can access their purchased tickets by logging into the Ingresse website or app.
Entry Control
First impressions matter, and that's why reception is a critical part of any event. Backstage's entry control feature allows producers to use the app, even without an internet connection, to validate their customers' tickets using a QR code reader or by searching for their names on the ticket list. Our app can validate QR codes in less than 1 second, with security and convenience. It has already been used in events with more than 4000 people.
